  • Please note that you can stay with us again from 1st of April 2024 onwards. Until then, Stay Golden is closed for extension and reconstruction. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Book with us: We recommend you to check our reviews and ratings on Booking.com, Airbnb, Google and TripAdvisor, but please book direct using this website. It is a better deal for all as there is no commission. Therefore, we can offer you a lower price.
  • When travelling as a family – important to know before the booking: Children above the age of 2 years count as adults in our booking system. This is based on the fact that they need their own bed.
  • When travelling as a family – room recommendation: We have two different room types that suit a family of 4: The Premium Cabana (2 floors, 2 bedrooms) and the Family Cabana (one bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed).
    For larger families, we are currently building a family room. This room will suit up to 6 persons. You can already book it. Pictures will come beginning of April 2024, as the room is not finished yet.
    Additionally, we do allow an extra child below the age of 2 to sleep free of charge in the same double bed as their parents or in the baby cot. This also applies for the Double Cabanas, in case you travel as first time parents with your baby. Please tell us that you would like to have the baby cot.
  • Only online bookings: We do not accept reservations via phone or text message, and don’t offer cheaper deals by phone. Thank you for your understanding.
Cancellation policy

Especially in these days, you have to stay flexible. Therefore, we offer a flexible cancellation policy:

If a booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, then a charge equal to 50% of the stay will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date), a charge equal to 70% of the stay or the remaining nights will be charged. The remaining amount will be refunded.
